Laksa Sardin Tin Tong! hihi~~

Hi kawan2... Di hari Ahad yg Indah ini, sambil byk masa terluang, tekak terasa nak makan Laksa. Nak buat yg grand2 idak la teman... Just buat yg simple2 je... Sebenarnya saya ni memang Hantu Laksa! Kalau pergi Penang 3 hari, tiga2 hari tu la saya bole layan Laksa tanpa mkn  makanan lain.. hihihi~~ Begitulah Kesetiaan saya pada Laksa... Ahhaakkss!!
Tanpa membuang masa lg, ingin saya kongsikan recipe saya ini kepada teman2 yg Gila Laksa macam saya jugak! hehe~~

Bahan2nya ialah...

Sardin Tin Besar Cap King Cup ( Dilenyek mcm buat cekodok pisang)
1 peket Tumisan Asam Pedas Cap Maggi ( Yg peket2 kecik warna kuning)
Laksa basah 2 peket
1 batang Bunga kantan ( besar )
Daun kesum
4 keping asam Keping
Garam

Bahan2 Ulaman

1 BijiTimun ( Dihiris nipis )
2 Biji bwg besar ( Dihiris Nipis )
2 Biji cili merah+ Cili api ( Dihiris nipis)
Daun Pudina
Limau nipis

Cara memasak kuah Laksa
Panaskan periuk, kemudian masukkan tumisan Asam Pedas maggi dgn sedikit air.. Awas! Bauannya agak menyengat hidung.. Assshhheemmmm!!! Setelah agak puas disengat hidung, masukkan sardin yg delenyek tadi kedalam bersama2 dgn Bunga Kantan yg telah dipotong 4, Beserta Daun Kesum & Asam keping tadi, ya puan2... hihi~~ ( Mcm Chef Wan pulaks) Digaul rata2 kemudia masukkan air sampai penuh periuk yg sederhana tu la... Setelah mendidih, boleh la dimasukkan garam secukup rasa.... Selesailah kuah Laksa Sardin Tin Tong kita,ya....
Sebelum makan tu jgn lupa, dicelur dulu dgn air panas... Kemudian taruk la ulaman2nya diatas laksa sebelum kuah laksa dihidang.... Enjoy...

1. Get married at17th and divorced at my aged 21th.. On 18th years old, (Very young ha..) I'm having a title as a "Mother".. By my aged 20th i already have 2 daughters.. Love them sooooo Much! ( Whole mothers in d world LOVE their Children la! hihihi ) Angel of mine..  After 12years of being a 'Single Parent', i remarried! Had a son & I can feel this time is until the end of my life... 
2. Had a Diploma in makeup! Leaned & Experimental a lot with MAC for about 6 years with them. Experiences broadcasting with Aljazeera International ( Asia ) for HD makeup and now more to freelance makeup artist to gain More Experiences in order to go for the International Level soon... Insyaallah.... ^__^

4. Very Positive, Strong, Big heart, Open minded & Happy go lucky girl... ^___^
5. I don't know why, When i see people achieved s'thin like Win, Happy & Surprise, my eye's tent 2 come out  tears! hihihihi~~ Seems like i can feel how is the feeling after struggle so many things.. Gosh!! But 2 bad, I can't cry when i see sad things... Why haaa.... >.<

Back 2 Black!

Here we go... Another crazy days with the happening people MACkies in d house youll!!! Ya, again i'm supporting the makeup jobs for Mac in ' Wizard of Oz ' Theater this time... Today we're having some meeting & training about the makeup. I Love MAC as always & proud to be 'x' MACkies... We're like a brothers & sista; crying.. bullying.. & Suffering for the target every month! Ahhaakks!!! But with MAC I've learned a lot of think specially about Makeup! Nothin can compare! For All Races, All Ages & All Sexes!

If the questions is am i might join MAC again?? The answers is NO! But i will always support MAC forever just bcz i love the brand &  MACkies Malaysia... I will bring the MAC attitude in Hijabers style! Ahhaakks!!! Love U Guys as Alwaysssss.... Mmmwaahhh!!!

Monday February 2012 bertemu dgn Ayu.. 1 of the Mackies JB... Met her just bcz she order turban with me... She just change to Berhijab recently and i'm so happy for her... May god bless Us... Alhamdulillah....

Their my Love of my life... On the left is my parents  and on the right is my Parents in law... Mak ( my moms ) is a fully housewife,very strong persons i ever know, ... Maybe i followed her corrector. Mama ( Mil ) is a very special moms as my moms... She's a persons who are never think bad about other people, educated, still running her own bisness & Pretty as my moms too... hihi.. Their a loving persons.. I Love them soooo much! Same goes with my both Abah... Mwwwaahhh!!

I cant sleep without Ian.....

Gosh... Sepatutnya aku boleh tidur dgn lena bila Ian xde... Tapi sebaliknya pulak... Kebetulan sekejap lagi ade training so terpaksalah Ian dihantar ke rumah nenek...
Ian adalah salah sorg anak yg almost fully aku yg jaga berbanding dgn kakak2nya ( Honestly i feel regret ) Not to really take care of my daughter cz on that time I've being a 'single mother' in the early young aged. Ya... I have to struggle untuk membesarkan mereka.. Keadaan memaksa.. Jadi aku serahkan tanggungjawab itu kepada Ibuku yg tersayang... Di waktu itu, duniaku hanya diselubungi dgn kerja keras untuk menyara Keluarga.. Well.. Lama juga la being a 'single parent' its almost 12years.. Its just bcz risau dgn masa depan ank2ku... Selain drpd serik utk berumahtangga.. Aku takut Gagal lagi, Jadi keputusan yg tepat adalah terus membesarkan mereka sehingga aku dpt rasakan mereka boleh berdikari....
Berbalik pada Ian... Alhamdulillah... Ian adalah sorg bayi yg senang diurus.. Boleh dilihat dia sorg bayi yg agak berdikari... ( Mungkin kesan daripada waktu melahirkannya..) hehe.. Ian adalah salah satu WISH yg telah dimakbulkan Allah swt padaku bahawa, untuk pregnant kali ni, aku mahukan a Baby Boy... God is Great! He gave me a Cute little baby boy in 4.08kg! >.< ( besarkan..) On 31th March 2011.. Walaupon terpaksa C-sec, Alhamdulillah... Semuanya selamat... ^__^ Diusia Ian 9bulan dh pandai berjalan...Now semakin ligat,ya... Ian.... Mama Miss U.. Mama tak boleh tidur ni....

Askm... Hey! I'm so glad that i finally  managed 2 create my own personal Blogs aka Diary of my life...Psssttt! U know what.. Actually this blogs is 1 of my wish for this year 2012 & soon i wanna have a good camera for me to take pict! I love to take pict! ok... enough for the wishers and Now... Proudly to let u guys know that i'm a mother of 3 children; 2 daughters & 1 sons.. Having a Happy Family with my beloved naughty & funny husband! Not to forget i'm so in bless with a beautiful Families in law.  Alhamdulillah.... I'm officially a Makeup Artist, A working mother, A Big Heart persons, Happy go lucky,Very Positive & Open minded too... I love fashion! And u know what? I just started 'Berhijab' for about 2 years.. Still new.. Alhamdulillah, god still give me the wisdom for me to be a better persons. Even though i'm a Hijabest, i still love to be in style just like before.. Opst! I still remember 1 of my cust ever said " Suzana, Kalau x buka bawah, sure buka atas" ahhhahhh!! Then u know la ya... Before i was a 'sexy' persons. Everybody was so surprise with my decisions to Change in a better way... Alhamdulillah... Still not too late!

My life is full of colors! Appreciate my past! I had enough tears to cried... and now, i just want to be happy! Of cz in LIFE  have a good & bad time, but i Promise here, i'm gonna write all my thought ( opstt! not all la ya..) hehe... Ok! The journey is begin......

I Love this Pict.. It was taken on my 4 month pregnancy... Cant really see my tummy.. I only use the high hill for this shoot, ya! Just for fun on my " Rama2 Kirari" collections... Have to freeze the collections due to my partner in on pregnancy now... All the best to her... ^__^
